Ivy Wangechi murder suspect Naftali Kinuthia will remain in remand for another month following a court decision.
Appearing before Eldoret High Court Judge Stephen Githinji, Naftali Kinuthia was told to remain in remand until a report from the probation officer is presented to the court.
An attempt by the suspect’s lawyer to have his client released on bond was denied even though he argued that he will not abscond court hearing,
Kinuthia is accused of hacking to death Ivy Wangechi a medical student at Eldoret Teaching and Referral Hospital on April 9th.

He was beaten by an angry before he was rescued, treated for the injuries sustained before being remanded as investigations continued.
On April 18th, Ivy was laid to rest at their rural home in Nyeri County.
