Jacque Maribe allegedly tenders her resignation at Citizen TV

Citizen TV presenter Jacque Maribe has alleged tendered her resignation at Royal Media.

Jacque Maribe is said to have allegedly resigned from Citizen TV on personal grounds on Friday 5th July 2019.

Her latest departure has been linked to the ongoing case into the alleged murder of business lady Monica Kimani.

Maribe was charged alongside lover Jowie Irungu for the alleged murder of Monica Kimani at her home in Kilimani, Nairobi.

It was during the investigations that Jacque Maribe’s car was marked as exhibit as it was used by the main suspect Jowie Irungu.

It was widely speculated thet Citizen TV will part way with the mother of one but in a press release by the media, they affirmed that she will continue to be their staff.

The statement released by Royal Media managing director Mr. Wachira Waruru also recommended Maribe for her outstanding work in the media house rising to become a senior anchor at the station.

Through her lawyer, she saw no reason as to why she should not be released on bail.

She cited that she is well known as to where she works and that some know her favorite joints where she hangs.
