Jacque Maribe visits Dennis Itumbi following his arrest

Citizen TV presenter Jacque Maribe has on Wednesday visited lover Dennis Itumbi who was arrested by DCI detectives.

Dennis Itumbi was arrested outside City Hall before being whisked off for interrogation over a controversial letter threatening to assassinate DP William Ruto.

He was detained at Muthaiga Police Station where he is likely to spend the night before he is prosecuted.

Friend and family of the Secretary digital, innovation and communication diaspora in the office of the President came in to offer their support.

Jacque Maribe was among the visitors as the two could be seen seated close to each other as Dennis Itumbi probably explains his side of the story.

In a separate photo, the two could be seen laughing as Itumbi wraps his hands across Maribe’s shoulders.

It is definitely not the first time that the two have been pictured together during tough times.

Itumbi was always present during all court hearing when Jacque Maribe was arrested alongside lover Jowie Irungu for allegedly killing Monica Kimani.

Also summoned for allegedly ploting to assassinate Deputy President William Ruto were cabinet Secretaries Peter Munya (Trade), Sicily Kariuki (Health), Joe Mucheru (ICT) and James Macharia (Transport).

They denied the allegation against them brought about by their meeting at Hotel La Mada in Thika.

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria later revealed to have organized the meeting even though its agenda was on Mt. Kenya development.

No arrest have been made so as investigations continue.
