Jalang’o officially begins his political journey

Kenyan comedian Jalang’o has officially began his journey in politics.

Jalang’o who is one of the most sort out comedians and MCA’s in Kenya was initially rumored to be joining politics for some time until he cleared the air during an interview on Dr. King’ori. During the interview Jalang’o explained his journey through the struggle where his late dad used to trade his harvest to have him in school.

He then managed to come to Nairobi to live with a relative and hustled in the city to make ends meet. In one instance, the former Hot 96 presenter used to dress like a chicken so as to attract customers in one hotel.

At the end of the day he was given chicken and chips on top of his payment. The now Milele FM presenter than had of a job opening at Kiss FM and he went for it.

Without any university degree Jalang’o made his way to the last list of candidates for the job in pretense of having knowledge of the job.

His courage helped him as he was selected as the favourite candidate, the same day his dad passed away.

Currently he has enrolled for a diploma course and even made clear his intentions of running for the Langata seat.

On Sunday Jalang’o posted a picture of himself addressing what seems to be a gathering and behind him are ODM leaders with the caption “this journey has began and there is no turning back.”
