Jalango quits Milele FM over disagreement with management

Popular radio presenter Felix Oduor alias Jalango has called it quits at Milele FM over a disagreement with the company management.

Taking on social media, he revealed how they had been locked in talks with MediaMax management over some of the terms of his contract.

He later on revealed that the two did not agree on the terms thus calling it quits as he thanked his fans for making the show number one in the country.

The announcement by Jalango comes hours after the power media house sent parking their top news presenters.

Previously they had proposed a 50% salary deduction citing hard financial times caused by the coronavirus pandemic in the country.

Those opposed to the arrangement moved to court but were slapped with threats if they do not comply.

Betty Kyallo who worked under K24 was among the popular journalists who called it quits under unclear circumstances on air.

Appearing on Jalango’s YouTube show, she did not reveal much only to later reveal that she was meeting her lawyer to discuss matters to do with her previous employer.

Speaking on her YouTube show, the mother of one urged Kenyans to seek legal opinions on such matters as she has been a victim at some point.
