Jambo Jet has obtained approval to make direct flights between Kisumu and Mombasa from October 2nd without making stopovers at Nairobi as was the case.

The approval by Kenya Civil Aviation Authority grants them permission to also make direct flights between Mombasa, Eldoret, Malindi, and Lamu.

On Monday, the airline revealed an introduction fare of Ksh 8,900 between Kisumu and Mombasa that is cheaper than before when one had to reconnet.

The fare between Eldoret to Mombasa is Ksh 11,800, cheaper than before when one was forced to make stopovers.

Also confirmed by Jambo jet was the approval to ferry goods from areas they once were not in business-boosting their income streams.

It will definitely be good news by the airline which is trying to recover from the implications of coronavirus in the world.
