Supreme Court Judge Smokin Wanjala has contracted Swine Flu in India and is set to be discharged.
Judge Smokin Wanjala who is India for a Judicial Conference contracted the virus together with six other Supreme Court judges.
Confirming the same was Chief Justice David Maraga who said he is making great progress and will be discharged today.

“Hon. Justice Smokin Wanjala, who is in India for a Judicial Conference, is hospitalized and is undergoing treatment for the H1N1-Swine flu which also affected 6 Indian Supreme Court Judges.
The Judge is making great progress and maybe discharged today. I wish him a speedy recovery.”
