The Judiciary of Kenya has commenced the replacement process of former Chief Justice David Maraga.
In a press release released on Friday, Judiciary noted that the announcement follows a meeting that was held by the commission itself.
The process is set to begin by advertising the vacant position on Monday 18th before the search, recruitment guidelines set to find a new CJ are done as per the law.
KKenyans have been assured that the recruitment exercise of the Chief Justice will be done in a transparent, Professional and fair manner.
