Rapper Julius Owino alias Juliani has threatened to take legal action against Jubilee party due to a song they used to promote a BBI project.
According to the rapper, he confirms receiving a link to video clip by the party promoting the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) message without his consent.
Through his lawyers James T Makori, they remind Jubilee party that on Juliani who is the composer of the song Utawala holds the copyright thus should issue the consent before it is used by anyone.

It is to that effect that the rapper reminds the party of the constitution and its principle to generate income for the youth and so is the BBI which promotes honest living.
In addition to that, the lawyers point out that the video reveals the political stand of the rapper which is not true thus will affect his image to the public.
Jubilee has therefore been advised to desist from promoting the video with the song and admit liability within 72 hours before they can engage in a quantum. Failure to do so he will proceed to take legal action.
