Suna East MP Junet Mohamed and Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja have been involved in a bitter exchange ahead of the August elections.
Both leaders who took on Twitter to iron out their differences wanted to draw a clear line between the leadership at Azimio and Kenya Kwanza coalition led by Hon. Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto.
In an earlier confession, Sakaja admitted that the former Prime Minister is like a father to him and is the only one who came to his son’s birthday. He continued by saying that his role in the country’s history can never be erased.

Responding to Sakaja’s comments, Junet noted that despite the nice words, supporters of Raila will still vote for Polycarp Igathe as their candidate of choice.
“That’s nice . Raila deserves respect but Azimio and Raila supporters will vote for Polycap Igathe on 9th August 2022.” Said MP Junet Mohamed.
Sakaja quickly reminded the Legislator that the decision as to who will become the next Governor of Nairobi lies with the people.
“They are not all cows bro. The people of Nairobi have the ability to make their own decisions as they have done in the past. Panga Migori.” Said Sakaja
Junet accused the Senator of playing politics under a different coalition but using the name of Hon. Raila terming the move as conmanship.
“Ndugu I know they are not all cows but as Azimio we want to resist the politics of conman ship of running on UDA ticket and at the same time want to ride on Baba’s name. Lanes.” Said Junet
