Police in Kakamega have arrested 20 minors participating in sexual activities in a residential building at Maraba area.

According to Thika Town Today, detectives who arrived at the scene found some of the minors naked with some in suggestive clothes.

Cameras were also placed in strategic locations meaning they were recording themselves something that will be shared afterward.

The news comes at time when the country was shocked by alarming number of teenage pregnancies.

Parents were blamed for the rising numbers as the said children were in their hands following the closure of schools due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The government was also worried that a huge number of them will not resume studies but instead focus on raising their young ones after delivery.

Second in the list is the coronavirus pandemic that has forced the government to impose a ban on all gatherings.

This is set to curb the spread of the virus that is spreading like bush fire in the country forcing the President to convene an extraordinary meeting with the Council of Governors.

Consumption of alcohol in public has also been banned with the Ministry of Health proposing take away.
