Senator Cleopus Malala of Kakamega has on Saturday dared Amani National Congress to expel him for the party.

Addressing the media, Malala expressed how unapologetic he was campaigning for Imran Okoth during the Kibra by-election held on November 7th.

The Senator further claimed that ANC candidate Eliud Owalo was a project for DP William Ruto was backing McDonald Mariga.

As a party member under Musalia Mudavadi, Senator Malala said members were against challenging ideas.

He further gave an example of how party leader Musalia Mudavadi had campaigned for ODM leader Raila Odinga during the 2017 elections.

ANC secretary-general Barack Muluka notified the public that the party’s disciplinary committee had already suspended the senator over his action.

Confirming the issue, Malala denied receiving any letter as he went on to say he is not afraid to face a by-election.

Nominate MP Geoffrey Osotsi who was accompanying the Senator urged Mudavadi to go back to the drawing board regarding issues related to ANC.

Osotsi vowed to support Malala if a by-election is held tomorrow.
