Kakamega woman gives birth to five babies

A Kakamega woman has given birth to five babies at Kakamega General Hospital on Wednesday.

28-year-old Evelyn Namukhula gave birth to three girls and two boys through cesarean section bringing the total number of her children to nine.

Last year In September a woman from Uganda shocked her husband when she gave birth to five children which were more than what they expected.

The couples are said to have been childless for 24 years and decided to try In vitro fertilization (IVF).
