Wiper Party leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka has on Monday confirmed that he will vie for Presidency come August 9th.
Speaking from Wiper headquarters in Karen, Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka unveiled Andrew Sunkuli as his running mate. “The BIG ANOUNCEMENT: Andrew Leteipa Sunkuli is my Deputy Presidential candidate.” Said Kalonzo
Kalonzo noted his decision to jump ship from Azimio La Umoja follows Hon. Raila Odinga’s decision not to pick him as his running mate under the coalition.

“My brother Raila knows I am naming my running mate. He came to my house to try and convince me to accept his choice. We did not agree and he said he would choose Martha and I told him I would choose my own running mate,” Said Kalonzo
The news comes at a time when the former Prime Minister unveiled his nomination if he clinches Presidency as he nominated the Wiper party leader as the Chief Minister and will be in-charge of all Cabinet Secretaries.
