The Wiper party leader has been clear about his stand that he excepts nothing less than the running mate position ahead of the August 9th elections.

Earlier, Kalonzo declined to for vetting for Hon. Raila Odinga’s running mate position before making a U-turn and appearing before the panel at Serena Hotel in Nairobi.

Speaking after the interview, Kalonzo noted that he arrived at the decision to attend so as not to give anyone any reason whatsoever when the finalist is announced by the former Prime Minister.

Media reports now confirm that the Wiper Party leader may vie for the top seat and already has a running mate in mind. This is after Kalonzo Musyoka held talks with Kanu party leader Gideon Kalonzo.
