A Kenya Defense Force (KDF) officer was on Friday arrested in possession of a stolen motor vehicle in Kabete area.
Corporal Nicholas Kemboi was nabbed by detectives from DCI in possession of the stolen car whose number plate had already been changed.
“CORPORAL Nicholas KEMBOI @kdfinfo officer based at the Department of Defense(D.o.D)was yesterday arrested in connection with Stealing of a Motor Vehicle. The suspect was nabbed in #Kabete while in possession of the stolen Car whose color & registration number had been changed.” Said DCI

Corporal Kemboi who is attached to the Department of Defense was arrested after another suspect Erick Oduor who had already been released on bond.
The second accused is set to arraigned in court on Monday and face charges of stealing a motor vehicle contrary to Section 278A of the Penal Code.

“Another suspect; Eric ODUOR had already been arrested by @DCI_Kenya Detectives & arraigned. He is currently out on bond. The second accused; Cpl Kemboi, will be arraigned on Monday to face charges of stealing of a motor vehicle contrary to Section 278A of the Penal Code.” Said DCI
