Kibra MP the late Ken Okoth will be cremated as planned following a meeting held by the family of the late MP.
The family also held a meeting with the lawyer of the alleged second wife of the late Ken Okoth Anne Thumbi, where it was resolved DNA samples will also be collected before his burial.
On Friday a Nairobi court ruled that both Anne and son should be allowed to participate in the funeral arrangement.

A dispute over the final burial of the late Kibra MP or his properties has been ruled out with Anne’s lawyer confirming things have been agreed between both parties.

Speaking to Citizen TV, Lawyer Duncan Omari said both parties will present their own pathologist and the DNA samples persevered for later.
ODM leader Raila Odinga, Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko and their legal teams were part of the team who held the meeting.
