Kenya has confirmed eight more coronavirus cases rising the number to 50.
The eight have been confirmed on Monday with six of them being from Nairobi, one from Mombasa and one from Kitui.
Speaking from Harambee House, CS Mutahi said it is evident that the virus is within the country and not from outside countries anymore.

In total, the number of men infected stands at 32 with that of women being 18.
People in Nairobi have been advised not to leave to other counties as it stands the worst-hit county standing at 34.
Kilifi comes second with six cases, Mombasa with three, Kitui, Kwale and Kajiado with one case each.
CS Kagwe warned against traveling to upcountry so as to minimize infections as the government battle to contain it.
