Kenya Power to temporarily shut down the prepaid system

Kenya Power and Lightening Company (KPLC) will again disrupt the prepaid token generation process.

Through a circulation, Kenya Power has stated that they will disrupt prepaid services on Wednesday November 7th from 10pm to 6am before they restore them back temporarily before they disrupt the systems on Thursday from 10am to Friday 6am.

Customers have therefore been advised to purchase enough tokens before this period to avoid inconveniences.

Kenya Power disrupted there prepaid service in a bid to revise the tariffs something that affected many Kenyans despite the early notice.

Wednesday and Thursday interruptions will be to ensure efficiency and better service delivery to its esteemed customers.
