Manchester City attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has scooped the 2019/20 Premier League playmaker award.
This after providing 20 assist in the season equaling the record set by former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry.

It is the second award for the Manchester City man winning the first one during the 2017/2018 season.
The playmaker award was introduced during the 2017/2018 season by Cadbury who were the official partners of Premier League.
Second to win the award was former Chelsea forward and now Real Madrid forward Eden Hazard who provided 15 assists during the 2018/19 season.
Other winners for the season include Jamie Vardy who scooped the 2019/20 top scorer award.
This after the Leicester forward netted 23 goals for the club, one ahead of Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
