Activist Boniface Mwangi is pleading for help from KLM airline who he alleges lost his bag.
The bag red in color is said to have in the hands of his sister was rejected in the plane on grounds that it was full.
According to Boniface Mwangi, a tag is usually provided to trace one’s belonging but that was not the case.

“My family & l flew from Amsterdam to Nairobi on KLM 565 on 29Jan.
We had a carry-on bag that we flew with from the states while boarding the Nairobi flight, KLM crew took the bag from my sister and said it was a full flight. We realized she wasn’t given a tag after KLM lost the bag”
He is currently unable to file a claim review with KLM as he lacks the tag but pleads with them to trace the bag through the CCTV cameras.
“We boarded the plane, it wasn’t full. European ground crew sometimes profile African travelers and ask them for their bags.
I can’t submit a claim report on KLM website without a tag. Can KLM review CCTV for 29th and trace our bag? The bag they lost is in these photos, red in color”
