Kenyatta National Hospital staff has temporarily been stopped from engaging in further strike.
The employment and Labour Relations Court through Justice Maureen Onyango issued the order. Kenyatta National Hospital had sued Kudheiha and Salaries and Remuneration Commission was listed as an interested party.
The reason for the strike was due to some of KNH workers who are already medical professionals and earning health workers allowance.
In their defense the hospital claims that there have been negotiations between KNH staff and Kudheiha where non-payment of emergency call service was resolved.
