Kobe Bryant, daughter, other passengers blamed for crash

Recent court documents filled by Berge Zobayan, the brother to the late pilot during the fatal accident has blamed Kobe Bryant and all occupants of the chopper for the crash.

Zobayan the brother to Ara George was responding to a previous suit of wrongful death filled by Vanessa Bryant on February 24.

In the suit, Ara’s brother blames 41-year-old Kobe Bryant, 13-year old daughter Gianna alias Gigi and six others for the fatal crash in Calabasas, CA.

The documents read in parts that the passengers are to blame for their negligence including prior knowledge of the risk involved on that fateful day.

Attached in the suit are Mamba’s surviving children and daughters Natalia 17, Bianka 3 and Capri 10 months.

In February filled a compensation claim following the Calabasas incident that resulted to the untimely death of his husband and daughter who was a minor.

In the same month, The National Transportation Safety Board conducted an investigation that did not find find any cause of the crash be it a mechanical fault on the helicopter.
