Kylian Mbappe set to sign three year contract with PSG

France international Kylian Mbappe is set to sign a three year contract at Paris Saint-Germain(PSG) to extend his stay at the club.

“Kylian Mbappé will sign a three year deal with Paris Saint-Germain, the contract will be valid until 2025. It was approved in the morning.” Said Fabrizio Romano.

The ceremony will put to an end interest from Real Madrid who were looking forward signing the 23-year after years of talks between them and the player.

Mbappe has been crucial for PSG’s success becoming the league top scorer with 25 goals and proving the league’s most assist standing at 17 in a single season.

Confirming his imminent signing was the 23-year-old’s mum Fayza Al-Amari who revealed deals were already in place for her son and afterwards it will be game over.

The decision by Mbappe to extend his contract has also been communicated to Real Madrid President Florentino Perez ahead of the signing ceremony.

“Kylian Mbappé will STAY at Paris Saint-Germain. He’s definitely not joining Real Madrid this summer, the final decision has been made and communicated to Florentino Perez.” Said Fabrizio Romano
