Lari MP Jonah Mburu has on Tuesday been released on Ksh 2 million or an alternative of Ksh 5 million bond after denying graft charges.
Appearing before Anti-corruption court Chief Magistrate Douglas Ogoti, the Lari MP and three NG-CDF officials were blocked accessing their offices.

The MP was arrested following orders by the DPP in allegations of misappropriating Ksh 27 million.
A number of companies are alleged to have traded with the company before they transferred part of the money back to the Member of Company.
Investigations conducted by EACC revealed three companies namely Oshoann General Merchants, Pambazukpo Distributors Limited and Oshland Green Ventures were the main beneficiaries of the amount.
Other companies implicated in the graft charges include Claymug General Suppliers, Kienjeku Textiles and Uniforms General Suppliers, Rumuli Limited, Ndemeki Limited and Kimondo and Sons General Supplies.
The officials arrested and charged alongside Hon. Jonah Mburu include Grace Muthoni Macharia, Peter Mugo Mwangi, Ayaan Mahadhi, Paul Nyanjui and Francis Gachoka Kamuyu.
