Lawyer Donald Kipkorir admitted at Aga Khan with COVID-19

Prominent laywer Donald Kipkorir has been admitted at the Aga Khan hospital where he is currently battling COVID-19.

In a post shared on social media by fellow lawyer Prof. Makau Mutua, Donald Kipkorir is reported to be under great care at the hospital.

“I wish my BFF — the eminent lawyer Donald B. Kipkorir — a quick and full recovery from Covid-19. Thanks to the great staff at the Aga Khan University Hospital who’ve been giving him excellent care. He will completely recover and come back even stronger.” said Prof. Makau

The lawyer can further been seen under oxygen supply days after he confirmed he had visited the the hospital.

“Today, I went to my hospital, Aga Khan University Hospital Casualty Department… I picked my Consultation ticket at 12:56pm …. I was done with registration, triage, Doctor & prescriptions at 5pm .. Four Hours … And it isn’t free .. But the Staff is good ..” said Kipkorir

The news comes hours after interfaith chairman and Nyeri Archbishop Anthony Muheira tested confirmed to have contracted COVID-19.

Muheira through a letter to his archdioceses called on the members to pray for him as he battles the disease at the Mater Hospital in Nairobi where he has been admitted.

At the same time Marafa Secondary School in Kilifi confirmed 38 cases of the virus among it students.

All the affected have been placed under mandatory isolation at the school where they receive food and any other basic need courtesy of the County Government.
