Former Youth and Gender PS Lilian Omollo has been awarded Ksh 1 by the Employment and Labour Court over the nature of her removal from office.
The court noted that her removal was unconstitutional and that the due procedure was not followed in the matter.
Passing the ruling, Judge Stephen Radido noted that the former Youth PS was not protected as it should be by the constitution in such a case.
