Safaricom PLC has announced a 5 hour planned M-Pesa maintenance beginning Thursday 18th.
In a statement to all its esteemed customers, Safaricom revealed that for years they have been changing lives through the platform.
It is due to that they usually undertake regular maintenance of their systems so as to support their agenda of transforming lives.

“For more than 13-years M-Pesa has continued to support millions of lives in Kenya, connecting you to new opportunities and different possibilities every day.”
The activities which are set to begin at 0000 hrs to 0500 hrs have been selected as the best time so as to cause minimal inconvenience to customers.
“In this regard, our M-Pesa services shall be undergoing planned maintenance on the morning of Thursday 18th June 2020, between 0000 hrs 0500 hrs. During this maintenance, all M-PESA services including airtime purchase shall be temporarily unavailable.”
