Premier League side Manchester City has been offered a chance to sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus.
This is after his agent Jorge Mendes held discussions with the Premier League champions in a bid to sign him before his contract comes to an end next year June 2022.
Juventus has however remained optimistic that the Portugees forward will stay with them and have already counted his involvement this season as they look forward to bag trophies through his help.

The Serie A side will however not decline a good offer at the moment in the range of 25 million Euros instead of releasing him for free when his contract comes to an end. They are also looking to offload his 500,000 pounds per week salary at the club.
Manchester City looks like the perfect destination for the former Real Madrid star as they are capable of meeting his salary demands at the moment. Pep Guardiola’s side is however hesitant to make a move after failing to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham.
They will consider the financial boost from the deal even though they already have a strong team ready to challenge top trophies in the season after signing Jack Grealish from Aston Villa.
Juventus has included Gabriel Jesus in the deal something that City is reluctant to let go terming the Brazilian a crucial player in their current squad.
Paris Saint-Germain has also been mentioned as a possible destination for Cristiano but the French giants have remained silent on the issue after landing Lionel Messi from Barcelona.
