Manchester City has announced the postponement of Sunday’s clash against West Ham in the English Premier League.
They have attributed the change of events due to extreme weather conditions witnessed at the Etihad Stadium.
Manchester City has however maintained that the decision was reached to ensure safety of both the supporters and staff in general.

A date for their clash will be announced in due course.
“Due to extreme and escalating weather conditions and in the interests of supporter and staff safety, today’s Premier League match against West Ham has been postponed.”
Also postponed was the Manchester CIty women clash with Westham women that was to be played on Sunday too.
Communications will also be made in due course as announced by the club’s management.
