Margaret Wanjiru discharged, fully recovers from coronavirus

Former Starehe Member of Parliament (MP? Bishop Margaret Wanjiru has been discharged from the hospital after recovering from coronavirus.

Speaking from Aga Khan, Wanjiru narrated her journey before and after she was admitted praising God for healing her.

The former Starehe MP revealed that she was feeling unwell and visited the hospital thinking that she was suffering from food poisoning.

It was at the hospital that the doctors discovered that she had the virus and that the virus had already been passed to her two grandchildren and six staff members.

She went ahead to reveal that never in her life has she been admitted in the hospital and how the risk was high given the fact that she was over 50-years of age.

Bishop Margaret Wanjiru is reported to have been hospitalized following an event she held at her home in Runda, Nairobi.

A string of people were under the radar of surveillance team from the Ministry of Health to to break the spread.

At the hospital she was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit as several leaders prayed for her quick recoveries.

“We are determined to do everything within our God given capabilities to check the spread and defeat Covid-19 and the GoK economic stimulus package will mitigate the economic damage caused.We stand with those being treated.Quick recovery gallant soldier of the Lord bishop Wanjiru.” Said DP William Ruto.

She was later transferred to the normal ward where she had been recovering leading to her being discharged on Saturday.

“Bishop Margaret Wanjiru fully healed of COVID-19 and discharged from the hospital. Those who wrote “Positive After Prayers” please now go ahead with tonight’s headline: “Healed after prayers.” Said Dr. Ezekiel Mutua.
