Lawyer Dr. Miguna Miguna has claimed that his life is in danger days before he returns to the country.
Taking on social media, the controversial Lawyer shared a photo a vehicle he claims to be monitoring his house for the past two weeks.
“This Honda CRV, Ontario Plate Number BYLM 576 has been monitoring our house for the pas 2 weeks. If anything happens to me, I don’t fear them. I don’t fear death. I’m still coming home.” Said Miguna
Miguna Miguna has been in exile for three years now after he was deported following the mock swearing-in of ODM Party leader Raila Odinga in 2018 at Uhuru Park.

He has since made two unsuccessful returns accusing President Uhuru Kenyatta and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga to be behind his woes.
Last month, former Chief Justice Dr. Willy Mutunga revealed that he is heading to Canada to spearhead his return to the country set for 16th November. He called on Kenyans of good will to support the noble course.
A team of journalist will also be present during the planned trip as the events will be aired live from Canada to Kenya. It is however not clear if they will use a commercial airplane or private one.
Confirming the good news was Miguna Miguna himself who welcomed the news and declared how ready he was to comeback to the country.
““Former CJ W Mutunga: Thank you for the decision to travel to Canada and accompany me HOME on November 16. It’s 1,357 days (3 years, 8 months and 18 days) since I was forcefully exiled. We need genuine freedom Let them remove the red alerts! I’m ready!” Said Dr. Miguna Miguna
