Miguna Miguna has on Tuesday contact Interior CS Dr. Fred Matiang’i over red alerts issued blocking his travel back home.

Through his lawyer John Khaminwa, the NRM leader enquired as to why his client was being blocked from boarding any flight destined to Kenya.

Kenyans.co.ke reported that the CS replied back saying he was unaware of the alerts as the government had vowed to facilitate his return.

Lawyer Khaminwa is currently pursuing the cause if it within the country or from outside.

The news follows Tuesday dramatic twist of events when Dr. Miguna Miguna was removed from Air France who highlighted the same red alert.

“Air France removed me from Flight AF0814 from Charles De Gaulle Airport to JKIA, which was about to take off.”

The Kenyan-Canadian lawyer blamed the government for saying one thing to the media but doing another thing altogether.

Miguna’s lawyer informed Kenyans.co.ke that he is prepared to sue both Lufthansa and Air France over their refusal.

Senator Kipchumba Murkomen picked up the fight accusing unnamed individuals of frustrating Miguna Miguna.

“As far as I am concerned President Kenyatta gave orders which order he restated publicly that Miguna Miguna, his views notwithstanding, is welcomed back home.

Those frustrating MM are outrightly sabotaging the head of state, embarrassing his administration and denting his legacy “
