Miguna Miguna writes to KNCHR to facilitate his return

Miguna Miguna is at it again and this time he is writing to Kenya Commission of Human Rights (KNCHR) to facilitate his return to Kenya.

In his letter to KNChR, Miguna Miguna a dual citizen of Kenya and Canada blames the government for blocking his entry into the country.

Lawyer Miguna Miguna was deported to Canada in 2017 after participating in the mock swearing in of opposition leader Raila Odinga as the people’s president.

His house was invaded and he was detained at the airport before he was deported to Canada.

Reffering back to a ruling made by High Court Judge Chacha Mwita, Miguna Miguna calls for the state to comply with Judge Mwita’s orders.

In his ruling, Judge Mwita said that the deported lawyer Miguna Miguna has not lost his Kenyan citizenship and therefore should be allowed entrance into the country.

Even though the return date has not been confirmed, Miguna Miguna has called on his supporters to welcome him at the airport
