Judge Ogot issued the cash bail under the condition that he submits his passport and that he refrains from discussing the case on social media.
Other conditions include not interfering with witnesses aligned against him in the Ksh 357 million graft charge.
Previously, the Nairobi Governor fell in while in Kamiti before he was transferred to Kenyatta National Hospital for further treatment.
At KNH he was at the private wing where his wife and only two of his twelve lawyers were allowed to visit him.
A statement from his legal team said that he suffered slight tissue damages caused by the dramatic arrest in Voi.
