At least three people are feared dead following a grisly accident involving a lorry and a matatu at Simba area along the busy Nairobi-Mombasa road.
The 7 AM accident is said to have occurred after the 14 passenger matatu was rammed from behind by the lorry killing three on the spot.
Six others sustained serious injuries and were rushed to Makindu hospital for treatment. Bodies of the dead passengers were also moved in the same hospital.
Investigation into the matter is underway.
