South Mugirango Member of Parliament (MP) Sylvanus Osoro has on Monday surrendered to Kisii police following the chaotic by-elections in the region.
The legislator was in the company of Jubilee Party’s Tanga Tanga turned United Democratic Alliance (UDA) politicians at the police station.
According to the Legislator, he was at the station after learning that the police have been looking for him following the arrest of his driver and NG-CDF manager.

The two were arrested following the just concluded by-election with his bodyguard accused of shooting in the air causing a scene. They were however released.
Speaking to journalist, the politician confirmed that he does not have any gun with him and that he is not licensed to carry one in that case.
