Sirisia MP John Waluke and his co-accused Grace Wakhungu were on Monday granted Ksh 10 million and 20 million cash bail respectively.
Appearing before a Nairobi Court, the two were notified of the approvals pending the determination of the graft scandal against them.
They were however ordered to deposit their passport with the court and report on a monthly basis to the deputy registrar of the court until when the next hearing will take place.

It had been feared that the Sirisia MP will end up losing up his seat as he had been slapped with a 67-year jail sentence and Ksh 1 billion fine.
The court however made it clear that justice will be served equally irrespective of one status in the country.
Waluke and Wakhungu were both charged with Ksh 313 million maize scandal which the court was informed they were not stored as claimed by the accused.
investigations further revealed that the company mentioned in the scandal had never done business with them as claimed in court documents.
The sentencing also saw Grace Wakhungu fined Ksh 1 billion in fine or serve 69-years in jail.
