The court has released activist Mutemi Kiama without any conditions following lack of evidence to prosecute him.
The activist was arrested two weeks ago on grounds of cyber bullying the President sharing a picture of the Head of State warning International lenders against transacting with Kenyans on his behalf.
His arrest saw prosecutors prefer charges of misuse of computer and cyber crime pleading with the court to issue 14 more days to conduct investigations.

The court however granted him a Ksh 500,000 cash bail with conditions ahead of his hearing once investigations were done.
Speaking from the court, Mutemi Kiama said enough was enough for suffering Kenyans due to the high debts taken by the government.
Some of the most affected business and people include restaurants and DJ who are running out of business since they have pending loans to service affected by the pandemic and restrictions.
Kenyans have also criticized the government high appetite for loans which end up in the hands of few individuals through corruptions as was the case in COVID-19 millionaires.
