Mwalimu Rachel,if you do not vote you are a rat

NRG radio presenter Mwalimu Rachel has on unapologetically called any Kenyan who won’t vote for Kenyan artist in this coming Sound City MVP awards.

The awards which will be done in Nigeria, have seen the boys band group Sauti Sol and rapper Khaligraphy Jones nominated as the only Kenyan in the prestigious awards.

Sauti Sol have been nominated in three major categories namely Best group or duo, Song of the year and Video of the year. Khaligraphy Jones on the other hand has been nominated in one group of the best hip hop.

On Saturday Mwalimu Rachel called out on all Kenyans and artist who have been vocal in saying that there is need to support Kenyan artist as this is the time to do so.

She then concludes by saying that each and every Kenyan should buy bundles and make sure they vote for Sauti Sol and Khaligraph Jones.

“If you do not vote for our Kenyan acts khaligraph jones sautisol in this year’s Sound City MVP Awards, you a rat and a sell out. Yes, I said it. Wale watu woooote na wasanii wooote huwa loud wakisema SUPPORT Kenya, well then let’s see you VOTE.

I have. And using my platforms to spread the gospel. Because when it comes to supporting Kenyan music, it’s not only about playing the music on radio, but also VOTING. You and I have more control there. So buy your bundles, go online and effn vote. DON’T EVEN ASK QUESTIONS!! VOTE!” Said Mwalimu Rachel.
