NEMA arrest a major distributor of banned plastic bags

The National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) has on Wednesday arrested a major distributor of banned plastic bags.

The arrest which is a joint effort between Nema and DCI officers, saw 3.44 million pieces of the banned plastic bags being confiscated.
