Chelsea are favourites to sign Brazilian star Neymar from French side Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) this transfer season.
The news follows the arrival of both Christopher Galtier and Luis Campos who will take over the roles of Maurizio Pochettino and Leonardo who have and will depart the club ahead of the new season.
Agents of the 30-year-old Brazilian have however played down the rumours insisting that their client will stay in France and that he looks forward winning the Champions League with his fellow teammates including Lionel Messi and Mbappe.

Football pundits have also dug into the news saying that the chances of Neymar joining Chelsea are slim given their targets and if he is to leave PSG then his destination will likely be outside the Premier League.
The Blues are currently focused on signing Declan Rice from West Ham with officials from the Chelsea camp ready to contact the player anytime this week with an improved offer.
Following the sanctions imposed on Chelsea and take over, not much is expected with them this transfer window as they attempt to get there finances together first before going strong for more options.
