Noah Ogweno, a man who has been trapped for three days at a goldmine in Rongo has been rescued alive.
The good news about the 25-year-ols man was confirmed by area MP Paul Abuor who noted that he had been taken to the hospital for treatment puting to an end 72 hours of tense operations.
“We give Glory and Honour to God for his mercy over Noah’s life. Our Rescue Team has managed to successfully get him out of the collapsed Goldmine alive and is currently on his way to the hospital. It has been a tense 72 Hours of operation and prayers that made this happen.

The news comes at a time when Tom Okwach, another miner in Siaya County remains trapped at Abimbo goldmine for one month now.
