A Lamu court is set to charge Omar Lali, the boyfriend to the late Keroche Breweries director Tecra Muigai with murder.
According to an application made by the Deputy Public Prosecution (DPP), they have gathered enough evidence to charge the suspect with murder following the May 2nd death of the director.
Through its prosecutors, the office of the DPP found that have collected enough evidence from the samples collected following autopsy results conducted before the burial.

Allan Temba, Lamu Principal Magistrate through a virtual session declared that the suspect should be presented before the court to take plea in the case.
In May, Omar Lali was set free on a Ksh 300,000 bail after the court found no reason to hold the suspect citing insufficient eveidence.
It now the task of the Homicide detectives to present him in the next 24 hours before the court.
Tecra Muigai who was the director of innovation at his parents company is reported to have fallen down stairs in a hotel where he was staying with his boyfriend.
She was rushed to Nairobi where she stayed in a comma before meeting her death mourned by her sister Anerlisa Muigai.
