Orange Democratic Party pulls down Aisha Jumwa photo

Orange Democratic Party has moved swiftly to delete a photo of Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa in the company of hon. Raila Odinga.

The tweet read “ Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa says ODM is her home and her DNA is ODM.”

It continues by saying “ she fully supports Bernard Okoth Imran, our candidate for the Kibra parliamentary seat in the November 7 by-election.”

The tweet had already sparked online discussions as the director of digital and innovations Dennis Itumbi termed the allegation fake news.

In a statement on social media, Itumbi blamed Philip Etale for spinning the details as Orange Democratic Party pulled down the tweet.

Itumbi continues by blaming media houses for spreading fake news that rose questions into Aisha Jumwa’s presence in an ODM meeting.

“Propaganda on steroids. [email protected] even tweeted and deleted. Leaving @EtalePhilip to deal with the mud. Facts are strange things to this party. But bro Etale uses the opportunity to shine, like do a statement with the truth on the matter.” Said Itumbi

Hon Kipchumba Murkomen picked up the issue blaming ODM for hypocrisy.

According to the Elegeyo Senator, the opposition party has poached a jubilee politician to campaign for their candidate.

“Recently my friend&client @HonJumwa was being threatened with expulsion by ODM now they are falling over themselves to greet her&to get her endorsement for Kibra. Meanwhile, they poached Jubilee nominated MP to campaign for them while accusing Aisha of lacking loyalty. Hypocrites” Said Murkomen
