Police launch a manhunt for Kasipul MP and his aides

Police have launched a manhunt for Kasipul Member of Parliament (MP) after his aides allegedly stabbed a teacher in Homabay.

The two aides involved in the incidents have been identified as Jerry Ouma and Lamon Okoth are said to have stabbed Kennedy Okong’o a tutor at Omiro Vocational Training Institute.

The MP and the two aides are said to have visited a hotel where they found the tutor and his friends before attacking him and stabbing him several times in the stomach.

Following the incident, the Kasipul MP has gone underground as the police search for him to record a statement.
