Precious Talent Primary school caves in, kills seven pupils

Seven pupils from Precious Talent primary school in Nairobi are reported dead after a classroom caved in.

The early morning incident has seen over 20 others rushed to Kenya National Hospital to receive treatment after sustaining injuries.

It is not clear how many students were in class at that time but the rescue mission is underway to determine every pupil is accounted for.

Precious Talent primary school consists of two floors is said to have caved in after the upper floor fell destroying the one beneath it.

Parents of the affected students arrived at the scene to record the details of their children.

Area residents are reported to have warned the owner of the school of their worries in regard to the school foundation.

They, however, praised the affordability they received for having the children there.
