The news comes barely an hour after the Supreme Court of Kenya upheld his 9th August election following a successful challenge logged by Azimio la Umoja.
In her verdict, Supreme Court President and Chief Justice Martha Koome nullified all evidence presented by Azimio lawyers citing insufficient evidence to back up irregularities in the just concluded elections.
