President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Facebook and Twitter accounts have been suspended on Friday morning.
The President’s social media accounts are said to have been suspended from what the state says is due to unauthorized access.
Speaking after the incident, State House Chief of Staff said that the temporary suspension happened so as to pave way for necessary recovery measures to be taken.

Before the suspension took place, President Uhuru Kenyatta had posted a warning to all corrupt officials who will be arrested as he aims at a united Kenya.
