President Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed Prof. Olive Mugenda as a non-Executive Chairperson of Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital
The former Vice Chancellor of Kenyatta University was appointed on a three-year period as published in a Gazette notice dated 1st April 2019.
Also appointed as members of the board was Kithinji Kiragu and Gladys Ogallo and they will serve for three years same as Prof. Olive Mugenda.
Prof. Olive Mugenda hit headlines in 2016 when she turned down a Ksh 100 million send off package for her exemplary duty after retirement as Vice Chancellor of Kenyatta University.
